Another thing I also loved about this book was the incorporation of the journal prompts because it felt like I had the opportunity to look back upon my life, my choices, my thoughts and my feelings and then put them on paper so that I can get some kind of satisfaction and healing. It felt like the same 5 topics were the only things touched on for the entire book and I ended up losing interest halfway through. This book encouraged me to be more gentle, kind, patient, empathetic and understanding towards not only others, but myself as well. I want to begin this review by stating that I will not review the contents of a memoir, because it is someone’s life.

I love Madison, I'm a huge fan of hers, there is so much of her story that I can relate to and unfortunate events that I have also been through. She's candid about her experience with mental health, how she battled suicidal thoughts while making her debut album Life Support, and her recovery since. This is no hate towards Madison, I really do love her, but I disliked the organization of this book and the timeline was really confusing to me. I must admit i was never much of a celebrity follower, even when i was in my teenage years, so Madison was not an exception to this rule.
